convened at a property listed by one of the members. The agenda typically
includes an on site, detailed review of the property by the community's
leading real estate brokers; a discussion of the current inventory
of upper-end properties for sale in the Boulder area; consideration
of current marketing trends and practices; and an evaluation of the
forces affecting local and regional
residential real estate markets.
